Winter Strength Program

$49.00

Player Ages:

This program is designed for players 7 years old to 18 years old. The only difference between ages will be what size of Tidal Tanks and ArmCare bands you need to purchase.

Program Start Date:

You can pick any start date you want when you log into the app. The day you start the program on will be the rest day every week. The strength workouts are 3 days a week. If you want to do your workouts on a Monday / Wednesday / Friday rotation then you will select the first Monday in November when the app asks you what day you’d like to start the program. If you’d like to do the strength work on a Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday rotation you would select the first Tuesday in November when they app prompts you for a start date. You can also complete the strength work outside of those days if you miss a day, just go back in the app and start the day you missed. There is a lot of flexibility when completing this program.

About The Program:

Fixing “mechanics” only enables a player to maximize their current strength capacity. Real improvement in hitting the ball further, and throwing the ball harder, comes from increasing a player’s strength. The winter strength program is designed to get players to not only rotate more explosively, but also be able to slam on the breaks and control the immediate deceleration. These two things are crucial in increasing bat speed and throwing velocity.

The workouts consist of 3 strength days per week. All of the work can be done inside the player’s home with minimal equipment. (see below)

Players will need the following:

This program is designed to increase full body strength, with a focus on explosive power.

When you purchase the Winter Strength Program your email will contain links to the app with instructions on how to log in.
