Proven Results

99% Of Youth Players Have Weak Shoulders

We have tested hundreds of youth players, and almost everyone of them does not have the strength required to pitch safely—much less every weekend. When the shoulder is weak, it can’t prevent the throwing arm from laying back too much. This layback opens the elbow joint more, which stresses the ULC (Tommy John surgery) and growth plates beyond what they should be. Weak shoulders and fatigue are why arm injuries happen. The good news is our Arm Care program fixes that—and we have the data to prove it.

Building A Championship Routine

Our Strength & Mentorship programs consist of a lot of information, but it’s given out in manageable chunks. We start off slow and then build on the knowledge from the prior month. What ends up happening is your player falls into an “athletic” routine. That annual routine makes them incredibly stronger – which means throwing harder and hitting the ball further.
