About Us

OKC Baseball & Softball Academy was founded in 2018 with one mission: develop better players by teaching the game the right way. We partner with teams, coaches, parents, and players who believe long-term development matters more than short-term wins. While many organizations talk about development, we focus on teaching it every day. We are laser-focused on teaching age-appropriate fundamentals that build confident, fundamentally sound players.

We don’t just provide facility access—we provide a complete development system.

Our coaches receive practice plans, and our internal video library contains nearly 200 instructional videos covering drills, player development, and coaching techniques, with new content added regularly.

Parents also receive resources that help them confidently work with their players at home.

Every Team Is “One Of Us”

We believe that if your team trains with us, your success becomes our responsibility. Whether you’re an Affiliate Team, or an OKC Academy branded team, we’re invested in helping every player improve.

We are different than the others – in all the right ways.

Player development is our priority, but we also believe coaches should spend more time teaching and less time managing logistics. That’s why we help reduce administrative work and provide access to discounted uniforms, equipment, bags, and other team gear at our cost.

If you’re looking for a place to train that values teaching, player development, and long-term success, we’d love to talk with you. Text us at 405-470-5544.

Our Teams Structure

Any team can join OKC Academy and keep their name. Affiliate Teams retain their own name while receiving the same player development, facility access, coaching resources, and equipment discounts available to our branded OKC Academy teams.

Our OKC Baseball & Softball Academy team names are for teams that are living our development first culture called “Take Charge”. These teams have coaches that have had a multi season relationship with OKC Baseball & Softball Academy before becoming an OKC Academy team. Teams would need to be a part of OKC Academy as their own name before they would be considered as our next OKC Baseball Academy or OKC Softball Academy team.
