Program Starts Nov 19thst & Ends Jan 20th.


This off season program was created specifically for kids 4-6 years old. This program will focus on general strength via body weight exercises, core & rotational strength, speed, agility, and hand eye coordination. This program is 4 days on and 3 days off. You can complete the 4 days on any you choose that week.


If you and your player commit to 10 minutes 34 days a week, then our app based Off Season Strength program is for you.


The only thing you will need to buy is a 2lb medicine ball.


This program is designed to increase full body strength, with a focus on rotational power. If you can rotate faster you will throw/hit harder.
